    Sellers called the special meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and dispensed with the pledge of allegiance.  Supervisors Hubbard and Brutscher were in attendance.  Also present was Township Solicitor, Ross Unruh.

Re-Open Budget 2006:
Hubbard reported that this special Board Meeting was advertised in “The Daily Local News” on Friday, January 27, 2006.

Motion:  Hubbard moved, Sellers seconded to re-open the 2006 year budget and advertise the availability of the proposed amended budget for a 10 day public inspection period.  The Board of Supervisors shall act upon the resolution to amend the budget on Monday, February 13, 2006 at 8:45 a.m. at the township building. 
Motion passed with all in agreement.

Open Space Referendum:  The Board of Supervisors approved the wording for the Open Space Referendum that will be placed on the spring ballot.  A copy was given to the township solicitor for his review and comment.

Adjournment:  The meeting was adjourned at 9:36 a.m.
