9:00 a.m., Thursday, December 29, 2005 

  Sellers called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and dispensed with the pledge of allegiance.  Supervisor Hubbard was in attendance.  Absent was Supervisor Brutscher.

Sellers announced that this special meeting was advertised in the “Daily Local News” on December 26^th, 2005.

Resolution No. 11 of 2005:  Sellers moved, Hubbard seconded to accept Resolution No. 11 which levies the tax mileage rate at 1.2 mils for fiscal year 2006.  Motion carried.

Resolution No. 12 of 2005:  Sellers moved, Hubbard seconded to accept Resolution No. 12 which appropriates the revenues and expenditures for Pocopson Township for fiscal year 2006.  Motion carried. 

Adjournment:  Sellers adjourned the meeting at 9:15 a.m.
