The Board of Supervisors will meet on the 2^nd and 4^th Mondays of each month at 7:30 p.m., except as follows:
·        Tuesday, May 27, 2008 (due to Memorial Day)
·        Tuesday, October 14, 2008 (due to Columbus Day)

Historic Committee
2^nd Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.

Open Space Advisory Committee
1st Thursday of each month, as needed, at 4:00 p.m.

Parks, Recreation and Trails Committee
2^nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. (October meeting to be rescheduled)

Planning Commission
3^rd Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. (No August meeting)

Zoning Hearing Board
Will meet as needed.

All meetings will be held in the township office located at 740 Denton Hollow Road, Pocopson Township.  If any person who wishes to attend any meeting has a disability and/or requires an auxiliary aid, service, or other accommodation to observe or participate in the meetings, he or she should contact the Township Secretary at 610-793-2151, prior to the meeting, to discuss how those needs may be accommodated.
