Mail-in Voting is available for the November 3 election. Applications must be received by Chester County Voter Services by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 10/27/2020. Because the U.S. Postal Service has warned that some mail ballots might not be delivered on time, election officials urge voters to request and return their ballots weeks earlier. View information.
Ballots must be received by the county election office by 8 PM on 11/3/2020. A postmark is not enough! Completed mail-in ballots can be dropped off 7 days/week, 24 hours per day at the Chester County Government Services Center, 601 Westtown Rd., West Chester 19382. Additionally, despite the Trump campaign and Republican National Committee suing the state to block drop boxes from being used in November, efforts are underway to establish drop-off locations throughout the county for the General Election. Check the Chester County Voter Services website for updated information.
