Mail-in Voting Now Available in PA!

Mail-in Voting is available for the November 3 election. Applications must be received by Chester County Voter Services by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 10/27/2020. Because the U.S. Postal Service has warned that some mail ballots might not be delivered on time, election officials urge voters to request and return their ballots weeks earlier. View information.

Ballots must be received by the county election office by 8 PM on 11/3/2020. A postmark is not enough! Completed mail-in ballots can be dropped off 7 days/week, 24 hours per day at the Chester County Government Services Center, 601 Westtown Rd., West Chester 19382. Additional drop-off locations have been established; view list. Check the Chester County Voter Services FAQ for a wealth of information, including a video about how to return your mail-in or absentee ballot correctly.
