Pocopson Township seeks to nominate a Township resident for a position on the West Chester Public Library Board of Trustees. The West Chester Public Library receives over 110,000 visits annually and circulates over 150,000 items per year from a collection of 50,000 items. New media, such as internet access and digital and electronic materials, have expanded to meet contemporary need. The library offers an array of events that include youth programming as well as programs and services for families and adults. Programming is designed for a wide variety of interests and inspirations.  The appointment must be confirmed by the West Chester Borough Council. Residents interested in the appointment should send a letter of interest and resume to the Township Secretary, secretary@pocopson.org on or before March 24, 2023.
